Tournament Information

• NOTE: This is a NASPA Games tournament that uses NWL23 and CSW24. NASPA and WESPA sanctioned.

• Commuter fee per person (if not staying at the tournament hotel and within the room block) for main event:  $30 CDN ($25 US*)

• Main Event: must check in by 8:45 am on Saturday, or you will be dropped from morning pairings. If you play the early bird, you are checked in. Call or text Kieran at 315-481-8541. 

• Please bring a board, clock and tiles to the tournament

• Swiss/COP pairings. Division structure TBD

• One game from NWL or CSW will be streamed online each round, at Directors' discretion. Players rated 1600 or above should expect to be streamed.

• In addition to place prizes, performance-based prizes will be given in all divisions

• Prizes paid in $CDN. Prize payouts $100 CDN and over will be paid electronically or by cheque

• Directors may alter tournament structure in best interest of the event, including spread Gibsonization

3:45 PM - 6:45 PM  Early Bird  Rounds 5-7

Saturday Dec 12

9:30 AM - 1:30 PM  Main Event Rounds 1-4

2:45 PM - 6:45 PM Main Event Rounds 5-8

8:45 PM - 10:00 PM Holiday Party in the game room

Sunday Dec 13

9:30 AM - 12:30 PM  Main Event Rounds 9-11

1:30 PM - 4:30 PM Main Event Rounds 12-14

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM Awards
